Tomorrow, 24 September, nCage's CEO John Bason is presenting at Prague Bio. The conference is one of the biggest biotech events in Central and Eastern Europe, and an opportunity to meet collaborators and future partners.

nCage will present recent proof of concept data demonstrating a T cell response using our programmed delivery of internal antigen. Programmable opening and closing is a unique feature of nCage's synthetic VLPs, allowing targeted delivery of different antigens or therapeutics.

nCage has used the feature to deliver peptide antigens to antigen-presenting cells (APCs). Initial results show an increase in cytotoxic T-cell response compared with peptides not delivered using a TRAP-cage system. These promising results point towards unique and cutting-edge synthetic vaccine candidates.
