# Best-in-class vaccines, built on one platform

nCage is developing a series of vaccines using the TRAP-cage synthetic VLP platform.

Protein cages are synthetic virus-like particles that display biological material on their surface, or carry molecules such as nucleic acids or proteins into the cell. Our cages are programmable, which gives them significant potential as both drug delivery systems and vaccines.

## Leading candidates

| Product | Stage of development | Phase start | Partner | Rationale for market entry |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| Lyme Disease Vaccine | Design of VLP | 2025 | Jagiellonian University | There is currently no vaccine for Lyme disease A growing problem in the US and Western Europe The disease carries long-term complications |
| Universal Flu Vaccine | Challenge animal experiments | 2024 | University of Oxford | Elderly patients are recommended to have both Covid and flu boosters No combination option is available |

## Other pipeline assets

| Product | Stage of development | Phase start | Partner | Rationale for market entry |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| RSV Vaccine | Design of VLP | 2023 | National Institutes of Health, University of Nottingham | RSV is a leading cause of severe respiratory illness in infants and older adults, and options for protecting patients remain limited |
| Drug Delivery System | Design of VLP | 2024 | Ryvu Therapeutics | Programmable protein cages can carry nucleic acids or proteins into cells, opening a route to therapies that are hard to deliver today |
